High precision ball screw
The heat-treated and precision-honed ball screw ensures optimum precision and durability. Each shaft adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-contact method, which can make the thermal displacement amount dirty and greatly improve the machining accuracy.
High rigidity precision spindle
The maximum speed range of the spindle is 3000-450017r/min. The accuracy of the yaw of the nose is less than 0.003MM.
The front end of the spindle is carefully planned to use the large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with the combined bevel contact ball bearing structure. At the same time, the two-point balanced support design with the best span can withstand the radial and axial loads, and is suitable for high-speed precision cutting. It can also do heavy cutting at low speed.
