High strength and stable bed

The high-strength HT300 cast iron is a solid structure bed. The low center of gravity 30° back design makes it easy to cut and close to the operability. It is easier and more convenient to load and unload workpieces and tools. High precision ball screw

The heat-treated and precision-honed ball screw ensures optimum precision and durability. Each shaft adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-contact method, which can make the thermal displacement amount dirty and greatly improve the machining accuracy.

High rigidity precision spindle

The maximum speed range of the spindle is 3000-450017r/min. The accuracy of the yaw of the nose is less than 0.003MM.
